| Monthly Benefit Briefings |
Human Resources offers monthly benefit briefings for new faculty members. The sessions are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in Room 1140A in the Clayton/Taylor Building at 4480 Clayton Avenue. Additional dates have been added for June, July and August, please see below.

Following is the schedule of Benefit Briefings that will be held for new faculty members during the months of June through August:
Tues, June 09 – 9:00 to 10:00, Room 1140A
Tues, June 23 – 1:00 to 2:00, Room 1145
Tues, June 30 – 1:00 to 2:00, Room 1140A
Thurs, July 02 – 1:00 to 2:00, Room 1145
Tues, July 07 – 1:00 to 2:00, Room 1140A
Tues, July 14 – 9:00 to 10:00, Room 1140A
Wed, July 22 – 1:00 to 2:00, Room 1145
Wed, Aug 05 – 1:00 to 2:00, Room 1140A
Tues, Aug 11 – 9:00 to 10:00, Room 1140A
New faculty members don’t necessarily need to pre-register for these sessions; but, if they do, they can e-mail or call any of the Benefits Staff listed below. We hope that most of the new faculty members will be able to attend one of these group benefit briefings. If, however, their schedule does not permit them to attend one of the group sessions, they can contact any of the three of us to schedule a one-on-one benefits briefing. Each new faculty member should be made aware that they have just 31 days following their hire date to enroll in the health/dental and flexible spending plans.
